There was a misunderstanding on the customized product.  The supplier was quick to acknowledge the problem, and offered a solution to reship.  This gave us confidence to add a second order for a different customized product for co-shipment.  The supplier was fully engaged to ensure the customized products were handled correctly, and with the second shipment, we were completely satisfied. I would certainly engage this supplier again.
